Tail
The port city of Tail is to the south of Howling. It is approximately a 4 hour walk or a 30 minute boat ride going with the wind. Tail has become a spill-over port for all of the stuff which does not fit in Howling. It is cheaper, but less convenient. It also marks a good southern boundary to the mountains, a convenient place to go around instead of over.
